The Moroccan-American Commission for Educational & Cultural Exchange (MACECE) promotes and facilitates academic and cultural exchanges between Morocco and the United States of America through competitive scholarships for Moroccan and American citizens to study, teach, and conduct research in each other’s country. MACECE plays a vital role in fostering mutual understanding between the two nations.
